Refuge Recovery

**This is an IN-PERSON meeting.**

Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist-oriented recovery program that does not ask anyone to believe anything, only to trust the process and do the hard work of recovery. No previous knowledge of Buddhism is required. The program of recovery consists of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path.
