Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow is a flowing class which aims to create a tranquil environment where students are encouraged to move with the rhythm of their own breath, and at their own pace. Students of ALL LEVELS are welcome. Variations will be presented for those wishing to go deeper; and for those who are beginning to feel comfortable in their practice, plenty of modifications are offered. Skillful assists, with an emphasis on alignment, and the use of props will be offered.
Kundalini Yoga uses breath, movement and focus to energize the body while supporting strength and balance of the immune and glandular systems. Dynamic classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. Appropriate for all abilities. Mats and props are available for use.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
A mix of breath, stretching, and relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a gentle meditative class. Students will find their bodies strengthening and lengthening with more confidence and proper alignment in their practice. Props and extra mats are provided.
